Decisions

One page per decision: status, context, the decision, consequences. Short. A decision that is reversed gets a new page that links back; the old page is not edited.

Infrastructure decisions that live with the Terraform are in ba-infrastructure/docs/adr/:

• ADR 001: Shape borrowed from tep-infrastructure, without the private network (2026-10-30)
• ADR 002: The Atlas cluster runs in AWS Sydney, not Azure (2026-11-02)

Earlier decisions from the 2026 refresh (client data layer, UI library, field encryption, release tooling, authorisation model) are recorded in the refresh planning notes and get pages here when the work that implements them starts.
